The Horizon Wellhead building was constructed as a 6,500 SF building with 1,800 SF of office space. Sitting on a land site with one acre of land, Adkisson Group was able to expand the building to 14,000sf.
This project consists of two tilt-wall buildings totaling 53,000 sf., located in Northwest Houston’s class A business park America Plaza. Designed specifically for Element Materials Technology, this development features a 37,800 sf main building that will feature an office and laboratory , with an additional 4,200 sf of outside covered storage.
The Cable Lock development was selling a 4-acre site and setting up architect, civil engineering and contractors to award the building of a 2-story 40,000 sq ft office building. Currently, we are still involved in leasing the building.
